SI unit for temperature = Kelvin (K)
SI unit for time = seconds (s), minutes (min), hour (h) etc.

Temperature is the measurement of how hot or cold something is. It is named after the Irish physicist and engineer William Thomson, who wrote of the need for and "absolute thermometric scale".

Time is to measure time accurately by using a stopwatch. There are two kinds of it. One is the mechanical stopwatch, and the other is the electronic stopwatch.
Mechanical - the smallest division is 0.1 seconds.
Electronic - the smallest division is 0.01 seconds
Other examples of how people used to tell time is the sundial and the hourglass.
